FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. – Forsyth County investigators claimed a seller was recording guys when they went to the general public restroom at Kroger grocery shop on Peachtree Parkway.
Investigators stated the disturbing criminal offense happened in July of 2020.
Investigators explained Dejuan Value allegedly put a cellphone strategically in the restroom and recorded an personnel and a 2nd male though they went to the rest room.
“Our sufferer was utilizing the community restroom and he noticed there was a cell phone positioned over the restroom and the partition concerning the stalls. When he exited the restroom, Mr. Value went to retrieve the mobile phone and walked out of the toilet,” Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Stacie Miller unveiled.
Investigators explained Cost, who lives in Stone Mountain and worked as a seller for the grocery retail store, not only allegedly eavesdropped on his co-worker, but a member of the community as well.
“We have two victims. One of the victims he recorded on three separate events,” Ms. Miller responded.
Investigators claimed the alleged intrusive invasions of privateness took place previous July.
Police stopped Cost for a targeted traffic violation in Chamblee final week and that is when they uncovered the superb felony warrant.
